EEF Newsletter | #003 News International Forest Day - 21st March 2020 
It was on 21st of March that the world celebrated the International Forest Day. Also, in Portugal it is on the exactly same day that occurs the National Tree Day. To celebrate these important dates, SPECO brings an idea that can be done without leaving your home. The Portuguese Society asks you to tell some curiosities about trees, through a challenge: spread your knowledge by proposing a story about a tree with a maximum of 5000 characters. You can send your text, which can be in Portuguese, English or Spanish languages, to info@speco.pt, which will be added to the original new on SPECO's website here.

LifeWatch ERIC Monthly poll is part of a series of initiatives to connect with the scientific community to better engage scientists in the development of its research infrastructure. The poll is dedicated to gathering direct feedback and inputs from the scientists to LifeWatch ERIC in order to understand their needs and build and deliver better and more targeted services.

Award for PhD in Ecology 2020 by SPECO and Fundação Amadeu Dias
