Sharing Biodiversity data for re-use:
Informatics tools and processes in Ecology
Biodiversity Informatics Symposium, 6 February 2017
What is Biodiversity Informatics and how can it be useful for ecological research? Welcome to learn more at the symposium "Sharing Biodiversity data for re-use: Informatics tools and processes in Ecology", organised by
Swedish LifeWatch, GBIF Sweden and the Department of Ecology at SLU.
The symposium will give an overview of present and future opportunities, alongside recent research presentations and demonstrations of up-to-date tools for providing and acquiring information, handling data and presenting results.
The symposium is arranged as an Oikos Satellite Symposium but is open to anyone, and free of charge.
