We are searching for a postdoctoral fellow who will work within the research project "Linking wildlife community structure and dynamics in time and space: What are the future management scenarios?", which is financed by the Swedish Research Council Formas. The project seek to explore long-term changes in the population dynamics of small game in the Fennoscandian wildlife community, with a focus on changing patterns in population cycles and potential links to changes in the predator community, land use and climate.
We are searching for a candidate with experience in the fields of population ecology or community ecology, with demonstrated skills in statistical analysis and/or modelling of population dynamics.
The position involves full-time employment for a maximum of two years, with the possibility of extension under special circumstances. Start date as soon as possible, or as per agreement. The advertised postdoctoral position will be placed in the Division of Ecology at the Department of Zoology. The project will be carried out in collaboration with the Swedish Association for Hunting and Wildlife Management as well as other researchers, nationally and internationally.
