Hi all,
We are looking for a postdoctoral fellow in ecology to study the invasive herb Lupinus polyphyllus at the Department of Ecology, Environment and Plant Sciences, Stockholm University.
The project includes two parts. For the first part, the main objective is to identify the areas and environmental conditions under which the target species is likely to become abundant. This will be achieved by using species distribution models (SDM:s). For the second part, demographic models (Integral Projection Models) will be used to assess the long-term impacts of different management methods to control lupines. These models will be based on demographic data collected from a series of ongoing management experiments along a latitudinal gradient.
