Hello,
I am looking to hire a postdoc for an NSF Dimensions of Biodiversity funded project on adaptive diversification of sensory systems in Icelandic stickleback. If you know of any suitable candidates please share this announcement with them, and ask them to contact me. I am looking for someone with a skill set that is either evolutionary genetics or sensory evolution, and there are opportunities to learn new skills.
MSU provides a truly outstanding intellectual environment for evolutionary biology — there are many excellent faculty in the Integrative Biology Department, and we are nicely integrated with several campus-wide programs that offer an exceptional intellectual environment, including the EEBB program: http://eebb.msu.edu/ (ranked 4th in the country recently), and the BEACON Center for the Study of Evolution in Action: http://www.beacon.msu.edu/ .
Thanks much,
Jenny
