We are looking for a postdoc for a project where we will assess under which conditions Ecological compensation (or “biodiversity offsetting”) can be an efficient tool for promoting biodiversity and related ecosystem services. The postdoc will be responsible for conducting literature reviews and meta-analyses of existing data. Since reviewing “grey” literature and interacting with stakeholders are important tasks, a working knowledge of Swedish is necessary.
