We are happy to announce an open call for five sessions for the 2021 Oikos conference, which will be held in Gothenburg, Sweden, February 8th-10th.

If you are interested in proposing a session, please send an e-mail to oikos2021@gu.se with the following: 

• Names and affiliations of the people proposing the session. 
• A short paragraph describing the intended content. 
• Suggestions for a potential keynote speaker. 
• Give your e-mail the title: Oikos 2021 session proposal.

I hope everyone is enjoying spring and getting used to working from home. 

Departmental seminars have been canceled at many Nordic universities, and some are moving to online streaming. This also provides us opportunities to watch interesting seminars we would not be able to attend otherwise and get inspired while working from home. I thought it would be nice to compile a list as online seminars are not always easy to find in google search. If you know of departmental seminars, PhD defenses, and other special seminars to be live-streamed online that are open to the public and you are willing to share the info, you can enter relevant info in this google spreadsheet to share with oikoslistan.
